We’ve chosen Scott as our Viking In The Making. We’ve put him on Hormone Replacement Therapy, we’ve hired a Diet Coach, we’re running BPC 157 and TB 500 for prior injuries, we’re going for better skin, hair, sleep, and optimized metabolism, etc. with Ipamorelin/CJC 1295. We’re showing what happens to normal people when they balance their hormones and utilize science to better their lives. Real people, real feedback.
Sam Ridgeway
You don’t have to you don’t have to really adjust your lifestyle to where you’re this fanatic, you can do this and you can still fit everything into the time of the day and not feel like you’re just like fitness is your entire life.
Sam Ridgeway
All right, so we’re here with Scott. Scott is the person that we’re taking and we’re doing an eating program, we’re doing hormone replacement therapy, we’re doing TB 300 and BPC 157 to heal injuries Ipamorelin/CJC for better hair, skin, sleep and so on. So it’s been about how long has it been since we started?
Scott
Just a couple of weeks now.
Sam Ridgeway
A couple weeks. You were sick for one of those weeks. That’s kind of a little wonky sort of thing.
Sam Ridgeway
But it wasn’t Corona.
Scott
No, it wasn’t.
Sam Ridgeway
So anyway, so Scott”s been doing this for a couple of weeks, and that’s with the injections and with the with the Ipamorelin, with the TB and all the rest . So I kind of wanted to first, we never really went over the labs with with Scott on camera and well, I’m not going to divulge a whole bunch of information that breaks HIPAA Laws . You mind if I talk about just some of the overview?
Scott
No, not at all.
Sam Ridgeway
all right. So a little high white blood cells, which indicates that there was maybe an infection or something at the time of the of the labs. Triglycerides, just a little bit elevated. And the reason I’m putting this in here is because we’re going to run labs later and we to come back and see the difference between the two. So we had a little bit elevated triglycerides, but your cholesterol was fine, a little higher glucose than what you probably want.
Sam Ridgeway
But that could be diet related because we’re not here because we had a perfect, you know, health before or we weren’t doing things right. We’re trying to say, OK, what happens when we bring somebody from coming in and just the average guy, maybe let himself go a little, doesn’t eat well, indulges in certain things, maybe more than should. What happens if we give him that eating plan, the hormone replacement therapy, all the rest of the things?
Sam Ridgeway
So now that we’ve got the labs out of the way, because other than that, you’re a relatively healthy guy. I mean, there were no real markers that said that you were unhealthy. So that’s that’s good. We just need to do better. But let’s just go into the whole thing. How are you feeling?
Sam Ridgeway
Like give me like a time frame and whether you’re feeling better, whether you’ve noticed anything, any better sleep as far as weight loss goes. Again, you’re with Shelby. Stan’s on his diet program. You found that for about a week or so. Just kind of let me know how you do it, Scott.
Scott
I think with the with the weight loss, again, with being sick might have thrown me off a little bit because not really a lot. And trying to get something in your system might have tossed me for a loop a little bit.
Scott
But I’m already I’m feeling better energy, feeling a higher libido level. Definitely. And the sleep is as absolutely gotten better. I’ve noticed that significantly. And the energy just it’s almost hard to explain with the nutritionist and with doing the the therapy itself. It’s you know, it’s hard to tell right now what’s helping and, you know, what’s doing more. I’m just assuming it’s all working together, definitely feeling better, feeling more energetic every day. I’m still going to the gym about four times a week, doing a general upper body, lower body workout and doing my cardio four times a week and just feeling better.
Scott
All in all just feeling healthier and stronger. And again, I’m sure the nutrition, the high protein has quite a bit to do, you know, some of that. But the injections are simple as long as you know what you’re doing and make sure you know what you’re doing. To start with, it’s simple to stick with it. And I’m just excited to see where it goes from here. After two weeks in and feeling a difference.
Sam Ridgeway
Yeah, two weeks in.
Sam Ridgeway
And what you say about your back is, is your back feeling with the back. Because just to recap, we had a shoulder issue and we had back surgery from before.
Sam Ridgeway
And those are the reasons why we’re throwing some BPC. 157 and TB 500 is to assist those peptides, help heal. So is the core strength.
Scott
Yeah. In my general core just I’ve been doing abdominal work but my core just feel stronger when I, when I get up in the morning, when I sit up at any time, I just feel stronger and more solid in two weeks. So needless to say, I’m really excited about that in such a short term, you know, experiencing that and, you know, it’s only going to get better from here on out.
Scott
So I’m pretty excited about that.
Sam Ridgeway
I’m excited about this, too. I’m excited again about taking like Scott where from, you know, normal guy. And what I want, you understand, is Scott isn’t going crazy with this whole thing. It’s not like he’s in the gym for three hours a day. He’s still able to live his normal life by going to the gym for, you know, maybe four times for what do you figure thirty minutes or how long you spend there?
Scott
Yeah, probably about 45 minutes.
Just, you know, forty five minutes, but nothing crazy. You don’t have to you don’t have to really adjust your lifestyle to where you’re this fanatic. You can do this and you can still fit everything into the time of the day and not feel like you’re just like fitness is is your entire life. You still time with your family to do your hobbies, to do your work. You do all the rest of the stuff in this can be fit in within thatand so two weeks into it, Scott’s feeling great so far. We’re not going to check the weight yet because we’re. We’re going to let it go for a little bit while longer before we check weight, but anyway, we’ll be back. We’ll keep up, keep you up to date. And thank you, Scott. I appreciate you. And we’ll be back in a couple of weeks.
