Becoming healthy isn’t easy. I know this because I’ve weighed as much as 370 pounds! The process happens so slowly that you don’t realize what you’ve done to yourself until it’s too late. Lifestyle choices, hormonal imbalances, stress, etc. You want to stop the madness, but you don’t know where to start. This channel outlines my journey, which is still far from over.
