Should You Train to Failure?

How you lift should depend on many factors, including age. What worked for us at 20 years old probably doesn’t work at age 51… or at least it’s probably not a good idea. Working out after 40 requires adjustments to your training regiment. What are those adjustments and how can you minimize your chances of injury?
