How To Lose Weight Fast – And Keep It Off

I tried to lose weight for years and I failed miserably, over and over again. I’d try one diet, then I’d try another. In fact, it almost got comical because Monday’s, in my head, were “Diet Days”. I had every intention of doing it right “Next Time”. But usually by Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest, I had screwed the whole thing up so bad that I figured I’d just start again on Monday. It’s not only frustrating, it’s demeaning, emasculating… in fact, since you’re usually overweight because you’re an emotional eater, do you think beating yourself up over failure after failure helps curb your appetite? Of course it doesn’t. As crazy as it sounds, I would actually eat more during the rest of the week because I figured… I might as well enjoy myself before I started the “Real” diet again on Monday. I gave myself permission to overeat. Sometimes I wonder if I didn’t subconsciously lie to myself about “really trying” on Monday because I was just using it as an excuse to eat whatever the hell I wanted from Wednesday through Sunday. It doesn’t even matter I suppose. It was an epic failure, week after week. Which turned into month after month. Which progressed to year after year.

If there’s one thing I dislike, it’s false advertising. Deceptive advertising. I hate it when a YouTube thumbnail has absolutely nothing to do with the content of the video. When that happens to me I feel, let’s just call it, “electronically violated”. So we don’t do that bullshit around here. If I title this video “How to lose weight fast”, then you can rest assured that’s what the core message of this video will be centered around. I don’t like people wasting my time. And I don’t like wasting the time of others. I also never recommend anything on this channel that I haven’t ingested, injected, or lived through myself. I don’t do this for money, because there is no money in making YouTube videos… well, unless you’re YouTube of course. So the Weight Loss Solution I’m going to explain will be comprised of three core elements. (1) You will have to work with a professional coach. (2) It will cost you money. And (3) It will take commitment if you expect success. So if you don’t like spending money, you’re lazy, or you’re not known to work well with others, then you’re probably wasting your time by watching one more second of this video. However, if you’re interested in hearing how I went from size 40 jeans to size 36 in about 50 days, then you might want to pay attention. So right now I’m going to play my fancy intro, while you get some popcorn and settle in.

Understand that diet is the foundation of physical fitness. It’s the cornerstone. It’s what determines if you’re going to look muscular or not. You can go to the gym every day, work out perfectly, and if you don’t see results, you’re not going back. Why would you do something that shows no perceived value? You wouldn’t. But if you get your diet in order, if you start looking better, if you start seeing positive results… you’re going back every week like it’s a religion. Diet is critical to your success. And, if you’re like me, you have no business supervising your own eating habits. You’re not responsible with food… It’s like giving a crack addict a bag of meth and asking him to just keep it in his pocket.

So how do you go from years of failure to weeks of success? You hire a professional. And what industry focuses on being able to drastically transform their bodies in very short period of time… Bodybuilders. It’s pretty much what they do. I finally got to the point of accepting the fact that I wasn’t going to change my physique on my own. I reluctantly acknowledged that I might need the assistance of someone who actually knew what the hell he was doing. Because Keto didn’t know, Nutrisystem didn’t know, low carbs, high carbs, no fat, high fat, I tried them all on my own. None of them were sustainable and none of them produced the results I was looking for. How many times can a person look at one more “new diet” and believe they’ve finally found the answer? So I started doing research. Started looking at testimonials. I wanted an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder to guide me… to tell me what to eat and when to eat it. I wanted that person to monitor my progress and make changes as necessary. If one diet worked for everybody, you’d have a single book called “The Diet” and everybody would own a copy. It would be the only book in history to outsell the Bible. Instead, different people react differently to foods. They have different body types, their metabolisms vary in speed. I wanted somebody that was skilled in working with all body types. And I finally found one. His name is Shelby Starnes and this is what he does. He coaches people from those just trying to lose a few pounds to those that want to compete in a bodybuilding competition. He monitors your progress and makes weekly changes to ensure you’re success. He makes himself available 7 days a week if you have questions or need an explanation about anything. He’s your full-time diet coach. His livelihood literally depends on making sure you achieve your goals.

And when has good ever been cheap? He’s not cheap. But neither are his results. To be honest, I don’t think it’s expensive at all when you break it down. His 12 week “Fat Loss Coaching” runs $999. You get 5% off if you go through LiveLikeAViking.com. That brings the price down to $949. When you divide that out across 12 weeks, it comes to $79 a week… divide by 7 and it’s $11 a day. There are plenty of people out there living paycheck to paycheck and I respect that. I understand $11 a day isn’t an option for everyone. But if you can afford it, you’re telling me you wouldn’t spend $11 a day to change the rest of your life? After 12 weeks, you’ll know how your body reacts to various foods and quantities. You will have been taught how to keep your weight under control and you can use that knowledge for the rest of your life. It’s the whole “Teach a Man to Fish” scenario… with the exception that I guess you did have to buy the first fish… anyway…

So if any of this sounds good to you, go to LiveLikeAViking.com, choose Products from the menu, then choose Diet. You’ll see the options for Shelby with the discounted pricing built in. I’ll also put a direct link in the description below. If you purchase a plan, you’ll be up and running in less than 2 days. I was up and running the next day. If you still think you can do it on your own, then be my guest. As I’ve said on multiple occasions, I’m not financially motivated to sell anything. I do this channel out of my passion for helping others live a healthier life. And when I see things that could be beneficial, things I’ve personally experienced success with, I’m going to share them. If they’re free, they’re free, if they cost money, then they just cost money. The choice is yours.

Well, that’s it for this video. Questions, comments, suggestions… put em’ below.
