I’ve decided to try the Keto diet. Not because I necessarily want to, but rather I don’t see a lot of 65 year-old men over 300 pounds. So maybe out of necessity would be a better reason. I wanted to see how Testosterone and HGH would help or hurt results while dieting. Would I lose a lot of muscle or would the 200 mg of test and the 1.5 iu’s of Omnitrope keep me in an anabolic state? Would my energy levels decline? Would my muscles go flat from the loss of water in the cells? These and other questions that can’t be answered unless you do the experiment… so let’s do it.
