Excercise Recovery and Hormone Replacement

Exercise Recovery should be a big part of your Hormone Replacement Therapy because, without it, the exercise you do will not be as effective.  We are working on the TRIFECTA of Diet, Hormones, and Excercise,  learning the benefits of working on the TRIFECTA at the same time.

Lifting weights is not the answer to getting bigger. It’s necessary in the scope of things, but it shouldn’t be the focus of your training.
