after the vertigo went away I started giving Dog the stack once a week. In the total of seven or eight weeks since first on the stack he has gained 5 lbs (195 to 200+) of what must be lean muscle mass because he still wears size 32 waist paints and they have gotten looser. it is difficult to believe that at 56 years old (dog years of course) the old dog could gain that much muscle in any amount of time. He is very lean and continues to discover new muscle definition. I like the results, I am going to keep doing it.
