I think the Bpc just works better when injected near the injury, but it still has been injected into your body and carried through the blood is why it helped your acid reflux. I used a blend of the two (bpc/tb500) on my initial injections into my shoulders and felt it all over my body. I also had acid reflux and it took it away as well. With bpc alone it does appear that it does not travel as well by itself. I will inject both shoulders and both knees for better results. Really looking forward to Purerawz blend to come out. It is said with both bpc and tb500 you can inject subQ in the belly but i have allways opted for near the injury.
