That is correct. 1 ML of BW in a 10 IU vial will yield ten 1 IU doses. Since 1/10 of 1 ML is 10 on the insulin syringe, that’s 1 IU. 20 on the insulin syringe would be 2 IU’s, 30 on the insulin syringe would be 3 IU’s, etc.
