Viking Nectar makes it very easy on us, since it contains 10iu per vial. If you mix the vial with 1ml of bacteriostatic water, if you are using 1ml syringes the 10 mark on the insulin syringe would be the equivalent of 1 iu. So, if you wanted to take 2 iu of Viking Nectar, you would draw up to the 20 mark on the insulin syringe. Hope this helps.
