Thanks Mark. I think they’re a great company, but I take people’s concerns seriously since their experiences may not have been nearly as good as mine are. Glad to hear they’re treating you well though. You have to give them time to ship, and they’re not always good about communication, but my product always arrives and I’ve never had an issue with quality.
