Hey it is just a thought, and I am not an attorney or anything so this is not legal advice, but maybe you should set up your Live Like A Viking group as a Private Expressive Association. Private Expressive Association (PSA); basically legislators pass laws to protect the public however private groups, like churches or fighting groups, are not the public and so a private group can do anything they want to do as long as what they do is not a clear and present danger that rise to level of substantive evil. You may have wondered why boxers don’t get arrested (it is against the law to go around beating the crap out of each other). Well it is because boxing clubs are PEA’s as described by the US Supreme court.
