Yeah, 3,500 calories is quite a lot. Unless you are extremely active of course. And it depends on how big you are, how much muscle is on your frame, what other types of compounds or medications you’re on. Intermittent Fasting would work because you can’t eat while doing it. I do it and I’ll stop eating at somewhere around 7 pm and not eat until sometimes 11:00 am the following day. Try it and see. Can’t hurt.
