Definitely either Ghost or Lit. I only take pre-workout on my lifting days, which is every other day. In between lifting days I do cardio and abs. I don’t take pre-workout on those days. Keeps me from building up a tolerance. I’ll tell you though, which is a bit off topic, I’ve been taking Cardarine for maybe a week and introduced RAD 140 yesterday. Went to lift today and DAMN... with my pre-workout... I was friggin’ Superman. It was absolutely insane.
