I personally like HGH. I don't get hungry from it, I know how much I'm putting into my body, and it works amazingly well. The issue with MK, for me at least, is you don't really know how much your body will produce. You're just hoping you're a good responder. Then I was hungry all of the time, I felt like I was on a medication... just didn't like it. The stuff worked, but I didn't like it. I will admit it's far cheaper than HGH so if you respond well, it's an option. Regarding IGF LR3, I've really never had any experience with it so I can't make a recommendation. But to answer your question directly, for me... HGH all day long.
