Thanks Steve. I thought the same thing. I also felt better along the way. It's a gradual process so you don't necessarily wake up each day feeling better... you just wake up one day and realize you feel better than you have in a long time. I think it's like losing weight. If you look at yourself in the mirror every day, you don't really see the weight loss. But when people start commenting on it, and you look at an older picture, you start to notice it. Maybe a bad analogy there, but the point is you don't really realize it because it's happening so slowly. And then all of a sudden... Bam! You see it and feel it. And it's awesome.
