That’s funny Sam I’m not like that at all I felt good on very little carbs I work out fasted every morning and I only eat after 12 every day. When I did go back to eating carbs I grew fast but I felt and looked very bloated and flat. Also my gut seemed like it never got to rest and it was very bloated and distended. Simply skipping breakfast for me allows me to look more ripped and lean I still eat quality carbs but not garbage like sugar or bread’s. Except on occasion of course like going to Longhorn! Lol I am past just wanting to look big and good in my clothes I’m at the point where I want to look good naked!
