If you find that is the case with your metabolism go on YouTube and look up reverse dieting. It’s a way of increasing your metabolism back to where it should be by slowly adding calories back. The problem is after we crash diet for too long and slow our metabolism if we add our calories back too fast it just goes straight to body fat. Look up some YouTube videos there’s some great coaches online that speak on this issue. Over the past few days I have watched several videos on this topic because I believe that is the case with my wife as well she is scared to eat she picks at her food she probably eats less than 1200 cal a day and burns about 2500. Her trainer is right now increasing her to 1400 cal because like I said you cannot bump your calories too quickly or your body will store it as fat. Explaining it would take too long.
